Using Magento, OpenCart, BigCommerce, Wix, Squarespace, or a custom-built store? You can connect to Relio in under 5 minutes.
While Shopify, WooCommerce, and PrestaShop have dedicated integrations, every other e-commerce platform can connect using one of these universal methods:
| Method | Best For | Auto-Sync |
|---|---|---|
| Google Shopping Feed (recommended) | Stores already using Google Ads or Merchant Center | ✅ Yes |
| CSV Upload | Small catalogs or one-time imports | ❌ Manual |
| Auto-Crawler | Stores without feeds or CSV exports | ✅ Yes |
If you run Google Ads or have a product feed for any shopping comparison site, this is the fastest and richest import method.
That's it. Relio imports all products, generates AI embeddings, and your assistant is ready.
Relio reads every useful field: title, description, product URL, image, price, sale price, availability, brand, category, color, size, material, gender, age group, condition, GTIN, MPN, and currency. The more fields your feed has, the smarter your AI assistant becomes.
Once connected, enable auto-refresh from your dashboard. Relio will periodically re-fetch your feed to pick up new products, price changes, and stock updates. You can also manually refresh anytime.
| Platform | How to Get Your Feed |
|---|---|
| Magento 2 | Install a feed extension (Magefan, Amasty, or Xtento Product Feed). Go to Marketing → Product Feed → copy the XML URL |
| OpenCart | Install the Google Merchant extension. Go to Extensions → Feeds → Google Merchant → enable and copy URL |
| BigCommerce | Go to Channel Manager → Google Shopping → feed URL is at /xmlfeeds/google.php |
| Wix | Go to Marketing → Google Merchant Center → copy the auto-generated feed URL |
| Squarespace | Go to Marketing → Product Feeds → Google Shopping → copy the generated URL |
| Custom / Other | Use a tool like DataFeedWatch or Channable to generate a feed from any product database |
Already running Google Ads? You already have a feed! Check your Google Merchant Center → Products → Feeds for the URL.
No feed? Export your products from your platform's admin panel as a CSV file.
Required columns: title, description, product_url Recommended: image, price, currency, stock_status, manufacturer
To update products later, go to Products → Import CSV in your dashboard. Use overwrite mode to update existing products or append new ones.
Don't have a feed and can't create a CSV? Use the Auto-Crawler.
Limitation: The Auto-Crawler supports up to 1,000 products per site. For larger catalogs, use a Google Feed instead.
Do I need a Google Merchant Center account? No. You just need the XML feed URL. Many platforms generate feeds regardless of whether you use Google Merchant Center.
What feed formats work? Google Shopping XML, standard RSS 2.0, and Atom feeds are all supported.
How many products can I import? Free plan: 500 products. Starter: 2,000. Advanced/Boost: 5,000–10,000+. See pricing for details.
Will my products stay up to date? With Google Feed: yes, enable auto-refresh. With CSV: re-upload when needed. With Auto-Crawler: auto-refresh is available.
Can I switch import methods later? Import method is locked per site. To try a different method, create a new site from your dashboard.
