First Steps After Sign Up

After you register, Relio walks you through a guided setup. Here is what to expect:

1. Choose a Plan

Pick the plan that fits your store size. You can always upgrade later. The Free plan gives you 20 conversations/month and 500 products, perfect for testing.

2. Create Your Site

Enter your website URL (e.g., https://mystore.com). This becomes your chatbot's identity and Relio will scan your site to understand your brand.

3. Import Your Products

Choose one import method per site:

Google Feed Stores with Google Merchant feeds ~2 minutes
Shopify Shopify stores ~1 minute
WooCommerce WordPress/WooCommerce stores ~2 minutes
Web Scraper Any website with product pages (max 600 products) ~5 minutes
CSV Import Custom product lists ~3 minutes

Important: Once you choose an import method, it is locked for that site. If you want to try a different method, create a new site.

4. AI Scans Your Site

Relio automatically:

  • Extracts your brand name, tone, and contact details
  • Sets up the chatbot name and greeting message
  • Detects your site's language
  • Prepares your products for intelligent search

This usually takes 1-3 minutes depending on catalog size.

5. Customize & Publish

Once setup completes, you land on the Dashboard. From here:

  1. Go to Chatbot → Design to customize colors, avatar, and personality
  2. Go to Chatbot → Features to enable capabilities like Human Agent Handoff
  3. Go to Chatbot → Publish to get your embed code
  4. Paste the embed code in your website's HTML (before </body>)

That is it! Your AI sales assistant is live. 🎉
