What It Does
The chatbot can offer discount coupons during conversations. It determines the right moment based on context: retention situations, customer requests, or promotional opportunities.
Scraper / Feed / CSV
For non-Shopify/WooCommerce sites:
- You manage coupons manually on the Features page
- Add coupon codes with: code, type (% or fixed), value, and max uses
- The AI will pick the most relevant coupon to offer based on the conversation
- Usage is tracked (times used vs. max uses)
Shopify / WooCommerce
For Shopify and WooCommerce sites:
- Coupons are created automatically in your store via APIs
- The chatbot can generate unique discount codes on-the-fly
- Also used for retention: when a customer wants to cancel an order, the chatbot may offer a last-minute discount
