Billing Cycles
- Monthly billing: Charged at the start of each month
- Annual billing: Charged once per year (saves ~30%)
- All payments processed through Stripe
- Conversation limits reset at the start of each billing cycle
Upgrading Your Plan
- Go to Account → Plans and Usage
- Click the plan you want to upgrade to
- Complete checkout via Stripe
- Your new limits apply immediately
- You're prorated for the remaining days of your current cycle
Managing Invoices
Access your billing portal:
- Go to Account → Plans and Usage
- Click "Manage Billing" to open the Stripe Customer Portal
- From there you can:
- View all past invoices
- Download receipts
- Update payment method
- Cancel your subscription
