Metric Cards

Metric What It Means
Conversations Total chat sessions started by visitors
Unique Users Number of distinct visitors who chatted
Clicks How many times visitors clicked product links
Click Rate Clicks ÷ Conversations: measures engagement

Charts & Trends

  • Daily Conversations: A 14-day trend chart showing conversation volume
  • Peak Hours: Which hours of the day get the most chats (helps you understand your visitors)
  • Confidence Distribution: How confident the AI is in its responses (High / Medium / Low)

Top Queries

Shows the most common questions visitors ask. This helps you:

  • Understand what products are in demand
  • Identify gaps in your catalog
  • Spot trends in customer needs

Top Products

Two rankings:

  • Most Recommended: Products the AI suggests most often
  • Most Clicked: Products visitors actually click on

A mismatch between these two lists can reveal optimization opportunities. If a product is recommended often but rarely clicked, its image or title might need improvement.
