Name & Avatar

Go to Chatbot → Design to set:

  • Chatbot Name: Displayed in the chat header (e.g., "Ana", "Shop Assistant", or your brand name)
  • Avatar: Upload a profile picture or use the default Relio avatar. This appears in the chat header and popup teaser.

Personality Tone

Choose how your chatbot communicates:

Tone Description Best For
Formal Professional, polished language Pharmacies, B2B, luxury brands
Friendly Warm and approachable, but professional Most e-commerce stores
Casual Relaxed, conversational, uses emoji occasionally Youth brands, trendy shops

The tone affects how the AI writes its responses: same content, different voice.

Greeting & Popup

  • Intro Message: The first message visitors see when they open the chat
  • Popup Teaser: A speech bubble that appears near the chat toggle to attract attention. It auto-dismisses after a few seconds.
  • Quick Actions: Suggested questions that appear as clickable chips below the greeting
