The Products page shows your entire product catalog that the AI chatbot uses when recommending items to visitors. Every product imported through your chosen method (Shopify, WooCommerce, Web Scraper, Google Feed, or CSV) appears here.
Access the Products page from the sidebar by clicking Products.
Use the filter bar at the top of the page to find specific products:
Filters apply automatically when you change a dropdown selection. Products are paginated at 50 per page.
Each row in the product table shows:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Image | Product thumbnail (or a placeholder if no image is available) |
| Title | Product name, with a link to the original product page |
| Price | Product price (if available from your import source) |
| Stock | Stock status badge: green for In Stock, red for Out of Stock, or gray for Unknown |
| Status | Whether the product is Active (recommended by the AI) or Inactive (excluded from recommendations) |
| Owner | The brand or manufacturer assigned to this product (used with Owner Bias) |
| Updated | When the product was last refreshed |
| Actions | Edit and Delete buttons |
Products marked as Inactive will not be recommended by the chatbot, but they remain in your catalog. You can reactivate them at any time.
Click the Edit button on any product row to modify its details. For CSV-imported products, you can edit:
For products imported via Shopify, WooCommerce, Scraper, or Feed, product data is managed by the source and updated automatically during refreshes.
Depending on your import method, you can refresh your product catalog to pick up new items, price changes, and stock updates:
During a refresh, the system re-scans your product source, updates existing products, and discovers any new items.
When enabled, Auto-Refresh automatically rescans your products every 24 hours to keep prices, stock levels, and descriptions up to date.
To toggle Auto-Refresh:
The next scheduled refresh time is displayed when Auto-Refresh is enabled.
Auto-Refresh requires the Starter plan or above.
Owner Bias lets you prioritize your own brand products in AI recommendations. This is useful when your catalog includes products from multiple manufacturers and you want to favor your in-house products.
For Shopify, WooCommerce, and Feed imports, owners are detected automatically from product data. For Scraper and CSV imports, you assign owners manually.
Owner Bias requires the Advanced plan or above.
Select multiple products using the checkboxes, then use the bulk action buttons:
Bulk actions help you manage large catalogs efficiently without editing products one at a time.
If your site uses CSV as the import method, you can upload product data directly:
CSV import lets you manage products manually for stores that do not have a direct integration with Shopify or WooCommerce.
Each plan has a maximum number of products the AI can use for recommendations:
| Plan | Max Products |
|---|---|
| Free | 500 |
| Starter | 1,500 |
| Advanced | 5,000 |
| Boost | 10,000 |
If your catalog exceeds your plan limit, the extra products are marked as Hidden. Hidden products remain in your catalog but are not used by the AI. A badge at the top of the page shows how many products are hidden. Upgrade your plan to increase the limit.
