Account Settings Overview

Profile

On the Account > Settings page you can manage:

  • Profile Picture: Upload a photo (JPG, PNG, or WebP, max 2MB). The image is automatically cropped and resized. Your avatar appears in the admin header.
  • Name: Update your display name.
  • Email: Your email is managed through Auth0 and cannot be changed from within Relio.

Password

To change your password:

  1. Go to Account > Settings
  2. Click "Send Password Reset Email"
  3. Check your inbox for the reset link from Auth0
  4. Follow the link to set a new password

Note: This only applies to account owners. Team members manage their own passwords separately.

Billing

For plans that include billing (Starter and above):

  • Click "Manage Billing" to open the Stripe Customer Portal
  • From there, you can view invoices, update your payment method, and download receipts

For Boost plan users, there is also an option to enable conversation-based billing. When turned on, your chatbot continues working after your monthly conversation limit is reached, at $0.18 per additional conversation.

For 2Performant Partner users, overage billing is always enabled and cannot be turned off.

Cancellation

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Go to Account > Settings
  2. Click "Cancel Subscription" at the bottom
  3. Review the changes that will take effect
  4. If you have multiple sites, choose which one to keep active (others will be suspended, not deleted)
  5. Confirm the cancellation

After cancellation:

  • You are downgraded to the Free plan immediately
  • Your data (products, conversations, leads, settings) is preserved
  • Suspended sites can be reactivated by upgrading again
