PrestaShop Integration

Overview

The PrestaShop integration connects your PrestaShop store to Relio via a dedicated module, enabling automatic product sync and advanced e-commerce features.

PrestaShop module: Install the Relio module from your PrestaShop back office
Automatic product sync: PrestaShop products imported and kept in sync

Brand detection: Product manufacturers mapped automatically for Owner Bias

Setup

Download the "Relio" module from your Relio dashboard
In your PrestaShop back office, go to Modules > Module Manager > Upload a Module
Upload and install the Relio module
In Relio, choose "PrestaShop" during the setup wizard
Enter your PrestaShop store URL and webservice API key
Products sync automatically

Note: The PrestaShop integration requires the PrestaShop Webservice API to be enabled. Go to Advanced Parameters > Webservice in your PrestaShop back office to enable it and generate an API key with the required permissions.

Site Key Configuration

After completing the setup wizard, you will need to configure the Relio module in your PrestaShop back office with your Site Key:

In your Relio dashboard, go to Chatbot > Publish
Copy your Site Key (e.g., sk_abc123...)
In PrestaShop, go to Modules > Module Manager > Relio > Configure
Paste your Site Key and save

The widget will automatically appear on your storefront once the Site Key is configured.

Troubleshooting

Issue	Solution
Widget not showing	Make sure the Site Key is correctly configured in the Relio module settings
Products not syncing	Verify that the Webservice API is enabled and the API key has the required permissions (products, orders, customers)
"Add to Cart" not working	Go to the Products page in Relio and click Refresh Products to update product IDs
Order lookup failing	Ensure the API key has read permissions for orders and customers
