Pricing

Each team member seat costs:

Billing Price
Monthly $17 per member per month
Annual $170 per member per year ($17/mo equivalent)

The billing interval matches your main subscription (monthly or annual).

When You Are Charged

You are not charged when you send the invitation. Billing only starts when the team member accepts the invitation and creates their account.

When a member accepts:

  • A new subscription item is added to your existing Stripe subscription
  • You are charged a prorated amount for the remaining days in your current billing cycle
  • From the next cycle onwards, the full seat price is added to your bill

Example: Your plan renews on the 1st. A member accepts on the 15th. You pay ~$8.50 for the remaining 15 days, then $17/month going forward.

Wrong Email Protection

If you accidentally invite the wrong email address:

  • No charge — billing only happens when someone accepts
  • Simply remove the pending invitation from the Plans page
  • Re-invite with the correct email

This prevents billing errors from typos or mistakes.

Removing a Member

When you remove a team member from the Plans page:

  • Their Stripe subscription item is cancelled immediately
  • You receive a prorated credit for unused days
  • The credit is applied to your next invoice automatically
