Overview

Notification Settings let you control which emails you receive from Relio and who receives them. You can add multiple email addresses and toggle notifications on or off per category.

Find these settings in Account > Settings, under the Email Notifications section.

Notification Recipients

You can send notifications to multiple email addresses:

  • Primary email: Your account email (the one you used to sign up). This is always listed and can be toggled on or off.
  • Additional emails: Add up to 5 extra email addresses to receive notifications. Useful for team members, managers, or shared inboxes.

All enabled email addresses receive the same notifications based on the category toggles below.

Notification Categories

Category What It Includes
Chat Notifications Emails when a visitor submits a request through your chatbot: human agent requests, order questions, coupon requests, and cancellation requests
Support & Updates Email updates when Relio support responds to your tickets or closes them
Financial Invoices, receipts, and payment notifications. These are managed through your Stripe billing portal

Each category can be toggled on or off independently. Changes take effect immediately.

Managing Email Addresses

Adding an email

  1. Go to Account > Settings
  2. Scroll to Notification Recipients
  3. Click "Add email address"
  4. Enter the email and click Add

Toggling an email on/off

Each email address has a toggle switch. Turn it off to temporarily stop sending notifications to that address without removing it.

Removing an email

Click the x button next to any additional email to remove it permanently. You cannot remove your primary email, but you can toggle it off.
