Hide Price ("View Price" CTA)

What It Does

When enabled, product prices are hidden in the chat widget. Instead of showing "€29.99", visitors see a "View Price" button (localized: "Verifică prețul" in Romanian, etc.).

Clicking the button takes the visitor to the product page on your website, which:

• Drives traffic to your site
• Increases page views and engagement
• Improves conversion opportunities (once on your site, visitors can browse more)

When to Use

Hide Price is great for:

• Affiliate sites: Required for 2Performant Partner plans
• Premium products: Create curiosity and drive clicks
• Comparison-sensitive markets: When you want visitors on your site before seeing prices
• Lead generation: More clicks = more engagement data

Affiliate Lock

If your site is on the 2Performant Partner plan, Hide Price is automatically enabled and locked. You'll see a 🔒 "Required by 2Performant" badge on the toggle. This cannot be turned off because affiliate links require visitors to click through to see the price.
