Wizard Steps
The setup wizard guides you through five steps:
- Domain: Enter your website URL
- Import Method: Choose how to import products (feed, Shopify, WooCommerce, scraper, or CSV)
- Product Import: Relio fetches your products
- AI Analysis: Relio scans your homepage and extracts brand identity
- Chat Settings: Review and customize the auto-generated chatbot settings
What the AI Does
During the "AI Analysis" step, Relio:
- Scans your homepage and key pages to understand your brand
- Extracts: site name, short description, tone (formal/casual), contact details, business hours
- Auto-generates: chatbot name, greeting message, and personality settings
- Detects language: Sets the widget language based on your site's primary language
- Prepares your products for intelligent, context-aware search
All of this happens automatically. You can review and modify everything after.
After Setup
Once setup is complete:
- Owner Bias prompt: If you have products from multiple brands, you will be asked if you want to prioritize certain manufacturers
- Dashboard: You will land on your analytics dashboard
- Products page: Review all imported products, deactivate any you do not want recommended
- Publish: Get your embed code and go live!
