Color Settings
Customize the widget colors to match your brand:
- Primary Color: The main accent color (chat header, send button, product card buttons)
- Set via color picker on the Chatbot → Design page
- Changes take effect immediately in the live preview
Widget Position
Choose where the chat toggle button appears:
- Bottom-right (default): Most common position
- Bottom-left: For sites with other widgets on the right
Widget Dark Mode
Toggle dark mode for the chat widget. When enabled:
- Chat window background becomes dark
- Text adapts for dark background contrast
- Product cards adjust accordingly
- Independent of your admin dashboard theme
Powered by Relio
The "Powered by Relio" watermark appears at the bottom of the chat window.
- Free plan: Always shown (cannot be removed)
- Paid plans: Can be toggled off from Chatbot → Publish page
