You earn 50% of every payment Relio collects from a merchant you referred during their first 12 paid months, then 20% of every payment for as long as they stay a customer. Commissions are calculated on the net amount (after discounts and taxes).
Monthly, automatically, through Stripe. Each commission waits 30 days (the refund window), then it's approved and bundled into your monthly payout once your balance reaches $50.00. You connect a bank account or debit card in Stripe once — Relio never sees your banking details.
Three ways: they sign up through your referral link (tracked for 60 days by cookie), they enter your partner code during setup, or — if they signed up another way — you add their store domain in your portal within 7 days and they confirm with one click in their dashboard. The first attribution wins and is permanent.

No. Accepting the Partner Terms when you apply is the agreement, and payouts are made through Stripe against that acceptance. Stripe collects any tax information required in your country during its onboarding — nothing to send us.

No. Self-referrals, referring companies you control, coupon/deal sites, brand-name paid ads and any form of cookie stuffing are not allowed and lead to removal from the program. Everything else is explained in the Partner Terms.

If a merchant is refunded, the matching commission is reversed — that's what the 30-day hold is for. If they cancel, commissions simply stop; nothing already paid to you is ever taken back after the hold.
